The Development Scout Fellow is a remote, entry-level position within the Miami Marlins’ Amateur Scouting department. This role will focus on in-person player evaluation and video scouting, traveling to amateur-related events under the guidance of department leadership. In addition to report writing, this position may support Amateur Scouting with other responsibilities in preparation for the Rule 4 Draft.
Program Duration: The fellowship is a one-year commitment, generally starting in February and concluding at the beginning of the 2025 Winter Meetings.
