Overview:
The Los Angeles Angels Player Development Department have a Minor League Rehab Coach position available for the 2025 Season. The Minor League Baseball Rehab Coach plays a crucial role in supporting injured players during their rehabilitation process. This position focuses on implementing tailored training programs created by Rehab Coordinator, Minor League Physical Therapist and Rehab S&C Coach to help players regain their strength, skills, and overall readiness to return to competitive play. The Rehab Coach will work closely with the team's medical staff, S&C Coaches, and player development coaching staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to player recovery.
This position is also benefit eligible including: medical, dental and vision insurance, 401K eligibility; employee contributions after 3 months, employer matching and safe harbor after 1 year and 1000 hours of employment and additional perks not listed above. The expected salary for this position can range from $90,000 - $100,000. Final offers for this role will be made within the parameters of the salary range provided. Years of experience, skills, and other factors are considered when determining the salary offered. The position will be located in Tempe, AZ although travel to affiliates may be required on an as needed basis. The expected start date is November 1, 2024 (Start date is flexible)
