The Game Operations Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations within the game operations department for all entities under the Pacers Sports & Entertainment umbrella. Their primary duties will include managing the relationship with our LED company (ANC), overseeing game night activities, assisting in mascot appearances, handling game night greetings/group scrolls, and assisting in all elements within the department. This position will be expected to work flexible hours based on the event schedule including evenings, weekends, and possibly holidays.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the game operations team to support, research, and develop overall game presentation plans, concepts, and theme-specific elements for all PS&E home games.
- Create a positive experience for gameday entertainment involving game night greetings, group scroll, LEDs, and more.
- Act as a stage manager for Pacers Sports & Entertainment games and other events.
- Assist in the coordination and on-floor execution of game time-outs, contests, game activities, and events prior to, during, and after games.
- Assist with setup and teardown before and after games.
- Assist in the coordination and transportation of talent as they pertain to our NBA, G-League, and WNBA mascots, which includes driving a company van to appearances with mascots and the Power Pack dunk team.
- Sit in on and participate in game operations and marketing meetings.
- Execute office duties and game preparation tasks including but not limited to answering phones, archiving and tracking game content, organizing and maintaining storage areas, lifting and transporting boxes to / from the Fieldhouse, etc.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

- Prior experience within game production or working in sports/live events is highly preferred.

- Ability to present information, and respond to questions from managers, clients and the public.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and potentially holidays is required.
