SUMMARY
As the e-Commerce Coordinator at Pacers Sports & Entertainment (PSE), you will have the unique opportunity to support our retail businesses and contribute to our world-class e-commerce operations. In this role, you will work closely with the Associate Director of Retail Operations and Retail Operations Managers to ensure flawless execution of the digital customer service experience and e-commerce fulfillment process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate all outgoing shipments, overseeing the entire .com fulfillment process. You will lead a team of part-time staff, ensuring exceptional efficiency and flawless accuracy in every order.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by efficiently and accurately handling e-mail inquiries, voicemails, phone calls, and curbside pick-up orders. Your main priority will be to provide outstanding assistance and support to customers.
- Become an expert on Shopify Shipments/Payments, the leading e-commerce shipping and payment processor, to ensure smooth operations.
- With approval and assistance from the Associate Director of Retail Operations, lead training sessions for part-time e-commerce staff, sharing your proven expertise.
- Collaborate with the Retail Digital Marketing team to upload new products and contribute to the growth of our online presence.
- Support the Retail Operations Manager in selecting highly skilled and committed part-time employees for e-commerce.
- Stay in-tune with industry e-commerce best practices, giving feedback and suggestions to retail management team to ensure PSE merchandise & retail continues to lead NBA Team Retail.
- Assist the Retail Operations Managers in receiving and distributing all inbound shipments, ensuring timely and efficient fulfillment of e-commerce orders.
- Master key retail software systems, including Retail Cloud, Shopify, and Microsoft Excel, to successfully implement and streamline e-commerce operations.
- Manage all packaging needs for e-commerce operations, ensuring high-quality packaging for our customers, with approval from the Associate Director of Retail Operations.
- Embrace opportunities to assist with Pacers and Fever game night retail operations, contributing to the overall success of our retail team.

Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelorโs degree preferably in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of relevant retail/e-commerce and customer service experience required.
Availability Requirements:
- Irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, will be required to ensure the smooth operation of e-commerce and retail activities.
Language Skills:
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret instructions and reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Professional and customer-focused communication style.
Reasoning Ability:
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and analyze issues, gather data, determine facts, and make informed decisions.
- Ability to interpret directions and follow guidelines.
- Solid understanding of retail math concepts and calculations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical skills to support data analysis.
Computer Skills:
- Experience and knowledge of MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
- Familiarity with Retail POS systems such as RetailCloud/Shopify to ensure efficient e-commerce operations.
