The Culture & Supplier Diversity Manager will implement elements of the PS&E DEI strategy and will report to the SVP of DEI. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing supplier diversity, strategic equity, inclusion and belonging initiatives, and partnering cross-functionally to activate organizational goals and objectives.
Qualified individuals will possess experience supporting multiple lines of business, strong working knowledge of best practices, demonstrated relationship building capacity, business development, and innovative thinking around inclusive leadership and workplace culture.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build, operationalize and manage specific programs and strategies to scale within the organization.
- Serve as primary liaison and activation support for DRIVE and Employee Resource Groups.
- Find opportunities to integrate diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in company-wide initiatives, planning and employee experience.
- Serve as liaison between internal and external partners to drive the implementation of social impact and equity initiatives.
- Assist in developing and expanding the culture of allyship among employees and within the community.
- Serve as department liaison with other select business units in PSE (Facilities, Game Operations, Mad Ants/Gaming, Marketing, IT, Digital Strategies)
- Assist with ideation and execution of DEI programming and strategies.
- Assist with identifying areas of organizational growth to improve belonging and equity in the workplace.
- Collaborate with external partners to maximize opportunities for community-based vendors, including XBEs, to have prospective business with PSE.
- Collaborate with Procurement Department on data collection, to ensure supplier diversity program, including analyzing, tracking and evaluating the company’s purchasing activity as it relates to spending goals.
- Compile and manage all required statistical data and supplier registries, purchasing records, and required documentation related to supplier diversity.
- Collaborate with the Procurement Department to ensure purchasing policies, procedures, and record maintenance are followed and align within our business needs.
- Seek out and develop relationships with potential suppliers, including guest chefs, and maintain positive relationships.
- End-to-end program management that includes overall accountability for the projects, leadership of small cross-functional teams, and developing new programmatic approaches.
- Manage select DEI heritage month activations, celebrations, holidays and track progress and visibility.
- Partner with appropriate local, regional, and national DEI champions to capitalize on local programming.
- Support other organizational efforts as directed.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and three years’ experience in diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
- Experience using data to develop insights, influence others, drive decisions, and measure impact.
- Evidence-based knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices with experience working across both corporate and field environments.
- Experience in translating external and internal trends, innovation and thinking into effective workplace practices.
- In-depth knowledge of diversity, inclusion and belonging with the ability to scale programming and initiatives.
- Ability to build mutual trust and confidence across levels with internal and external partners.
- Ability to drive things independently towards a given vision.
- Demonstrates strong project and program management with the ability to independently prioritize and track complex, competing schedules, and self-initiate programs.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and Outlook.
- Proficiency in creating PowerPoint, using audio/video to create presentations.
- Ability to track and translate pertinent data into effective strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven success with applying feedback and direction to modify goals and projects.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Advanced degree or certificate in related field and five years’ experience.
- Bilingual with excellent verbal and written communications skills in English & Spanish.
- Prior experience and/or familiarity with sports industry.
- Experience with employee or business resource groups or council program management.
- Experience successfully partnering with internal and external partners.
- Familiarity with using social media platforms.
