Basic Function:
Interact with guests at Texans and LSSE games/events to ensure the highest level of customer service is being provided during the entry process at stadium gates.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Available for all LSSE and Houston Texans games and events.
- Knowledge of the gameday ticketing system but not limited to proper knowledge of iPhone/Android and utilizing the Texans App/Account Manager.
- Assist guests with finding their tickets in the Texans app/account manager and anticipate guests needs/questions to be most efficient when entering the event.
- Be welcoming and friendly to all guests that come in.
- Exhibit a fun, friendly, guest service-oriented attitude and professional appearance; consistently providing exceptional customer service to all guests.
- Maintain a working knowledge of stadium operations and procedures to effectively assist with general questions.
- Perform various other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Guest Experience and Ticketing departments.
- Subject to reasonable accommodations, position requires routine face-to-face personal interaction with other Club personnel; therefore, job responsibilities must be physically performed in the Club offices and not in a telecommuting manner.
Position requires routine face-to-face personal interaction with other Club personnel and fans at NRG Stadium and/or NRG Park during Houston Texans football games and other Club events; therefore, job responsibilities must be physically performed in the Club offices and/or at NRG Stadium/NRG Park as may be assigned and not in a telecommuting manner.
Subject to reasonable accommodations, position requires face-to-face personal interaction with other Club personnel and fans at Houston Texans home games, at other Houston Texans sponsored events held in and around NRG Stadium and/or NRG Park and at other locations in the Houston metropolitan area; therefore, responsibilities must be physically performed at the designated location and not in a telecommuting manner.
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communications.
- Possess excellent attention to detail.
- Hospitality driven.
- Must have a positive attitude and ability to deliver world-class service with a smile.
- Ability and internal drive to demonstrate a winning attitude and a strong work ethic in the performance of all job responsibilities.
- Must have the ability to anticipate needs, assess situations and act accordingly.
Physical Requirements:
- Occasional travel related to job duties and responsibilities.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 10 lbs.
- Must be able to talk, stand, walk, sit, drive, bend, squat, climb, twist and reach as necessary.

Reports to: Guest Experience Coordinator
