About this Role
The Golden State Warriors are looking for a motivated and upbeat Manager to play a key role in elevating our overall Ownership and VIP experience while developing and maintaining relationships with our Investor group, executives, and VIPs at Chase Center. In this role, you will have the chance to define and maintain successful business relationships with key partners by providing exemplary service and hospitality for our most valued clientele. This position reports to the Director, VIP Guest Services.

This is a full-time position based onsite in San Francisco, CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as an internal project management resource for the VIP Services team, assisting with budget management, procurement, cross-functional collaboration and creating detailed event recaps
- Oversee department calendar, meeting agendas, action items, and hourly headcount budgets
- Develop and implement new and creative efficiencies and service opportunities aligned with organizational goals to drive cross-functional incremental revenue and cost-savings opportunities
- Engage with stakeholders across the company, including executives, department heads, and team members
- Develop and manage a comprehensive VIP and C-Suite corporate gifting program
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts and negotiate favorable terms and agreements to support operational needs
- Generate event summaries, recaps, and track feedback to drive decision making
- Manage VIP database of guest profiles and preferences
- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to streamline VIP processes.
- Develop and nurture positive relationships with internal and external partners and clients
- Track all department billing and invoices
- Other duties as assigned
Required Experience & Skills
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business/sports management, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years in a client-facing service role, preferably in sports and/or entertainment; supervisory experience is helpful
- Excellent written and verbal communication, service and resolution skills
- Build and maintain positive client relationships and exceed expectations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Google Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service and resolution skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with clients and peers while exceeding expectations
- Ability to balance multiple projects at once in a fast-paced work environment
Time Commitment
- Available to attend all GSW home games, events and concerts to drive business relationships (i.e., weekends, holidays, and late nights)
Compensation
- $32.00 - 34.00 + Bonus
