Coordinator, Partnership Insights (GSV)

About the Position

We are looking for a Coordinator to support the Data & Analytics vertical within the Partnership Insights team, focused on the Golden State Valkyries. This role will provide support to initiatives that use data to deliver industry-leading asset and platform valuations, go to market strategy, and reporting. Ideal candidates should possess knowledge of corporate partnerships and brand marketing. This position reports to the Vice President, Partnership Insights (GSW).

This is a full-time position based onsite in San Francisco with frequent travel to Oakland, CA.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with third party data providers and internal partners to effectively measure assets & platforms for Golden State Valkyries partners
• Support the acquisition, renewal, and upsell efforts of new and existing partners including, case study development, proposal library management, pipeline support, etc.
• Build timeline and lead process for Valkyries partnership recaps
• Perform partnership CRM admin duties across all Golden State properties
• Lead quality control of third party data for all Golden State properties
• Serve as departmental liaison with Finance team, focused on invoicing, collections & aging
• Other duties as assigned

Required Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration/ Marketing, or equivalent work experience
• 1-2 years working in an advertising or sports marketing agency and/or within a property’s marketing or corporate partnerships department
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build positive relationships and translate data into business narratives for partners at all levels across the organization
• Ability to learn industry trends, new media technologies and business models
• Understanding of sports partnership media measurement, qualitative data, and reporting
• Proactive and goal-oriented with strong attention to detail
• Flexibility with changing priorities; ability to organize, prioritize and handle workload

Compensation

• $26.44 per hour + Bonus
