Reporting organizationally to the Ticketing Digital Communications Manager, the Ticketing Digital Communications Quality Assurance Specialist will support Ticketing and Hospitality efforts for the FIFA World Cup 2026™, which, for the first time ever, will host 48 teams and over 1,200 players across three countries and 16 venues.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of all digital communications and content across our sales collaterals and communications. The successful candidate will design and execute comprehensive testing strategies to identify and resolve issues before content is published or sent to customers. This role requires a strong understanding of the relevant sales strategy and ticketing requirements. The individual will work closely with all team members, as well as other ticketing sub-teams or Functional Areas, and must have a good understanding of QA methodologies.
The successful candidate will also support the team in delivering accurate, consistent, and relevant information so customers have everything they need before, during, and after the purchase process for the FIFA World Cup 2026™—at the right time, in the correct format, and in the appropriate language for each customer.

Education & Qualifications
• Bachelor or master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant area such as Digital Marketing, Communications, or similar.
Work Experience
• Experience creating and managing content for events, ideally in the sports industry.
• Experience proofreading and reviewing digital content for grammar, spelling, formatting, and overall quality.
• Experience with digital channels: familiarity with websites, email marketing tools, chatbots, and other digital communication mediums.
• Understanding of branding, tone of voice, and other content standards to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Experience using content management and marketing automation tools on large projects would be nice to have, ideally within the ticketing and/or sporting events industry, requiring strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience working closely with content creators, developers, designers, and project managers to ensure quality output.
• Ability to document and communicate quality assurance findings effectively, including identifying issues and proposing solutions.
• Communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the creation and translation of digital content and documents from English into French, Spanish or German, and vice-versa would be an advantage.
• Venue and onsite operations experience for large-scale events, ideally in the sports industry would be an advantage.
Languages
• Native English speaker.
• A native level of at least one of the following: French, Spanish and/or German would be an advantage.
Technology
• Familiar with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Jira, Asana) for tracking project progress and tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools.
• Marketing Automation Tools and Content management platforms.
• Experience with Ticketing Systems is nice to have.
