Position Overview
We are looking for a self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This position is responsible for all shipping & receiving needs at Nationwide Arena.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Assist with loading and unloading shipments as necessary and route packages to appropriate offices and storage areas.
Ensure proper paperwork and tracking documents are maintained and updated regularly.
Inspect packages for damage when receiving.
Operate machinery when loading, unloading, and transporting goods.
Ensure proper and reliable communication with all departments within Nationwide Arena.
Manage inventory/organization within storage areas to ensure package safety and accountability.
Ensure efficient and safe operations and organization of loading dock and surrounding areas.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Ability to operate push/pull carts, dollies, and pallet jacks.
Ability to lift 50 pounds and push 100 pounds on wheels.
Forklift Operator certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hiring.
High school diploma or GED.

Specialized knowledge, skills, and abilities:

Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office, internet, printers and faxes.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Fast-paced worker.
Detail and quality oriented.
Strong sense of time organization and urgency.
Work independently and within a team.
