Associate Producer, Content Operations
Summary Description
The Cleveland Browns are seeking a full-time Associate Producer to assist in creating compelling photo and video content. In addition to a strong photo and video portfolio, the ideal candidate will be one that has a great pulse on photo and video editing trends, a willingness to learn, and a desire to continue to grow in the production field.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Working alongside the Photography Manager to streamline photo editing processes
- Edit photo and video content for all Browns digital platforms
- Photo editing includes photos from gameday, practices, community events, team photo shoots, and more
- Video editing includes social content, community recaps, marketing promos, hypes, storytelling features, and more
- Create photo galleries in the NFL content management system for the Website
- Assist in media management and labeling
- Create thumbnail imagery for the Browns YouTube channel and Website
- Post content to Cleveland Browns photo galleries
- Shoot video and/or photo at Browns games, practices, community events, press conferences, interviews, feature productions, tentpole events, and more
- Travel for in-season road games as well as off-season feature productions
Qualifications
- BA; Film & Digital or related field (preferred)
- 1-3 years of professional video production experience (sports experience preferred)
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (primarily Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects)
- Knowledge of photo and video cameras
- Fundamental understanding of entire production process (pre-production, production, and post-production)
Requirements
- Candidate must be willing to work non - traditional hours that include nights, weekends, holidays and work within the demands of an NFL schedule
