The Loge Suite Attendant is responsible for both food quality and making quality cocktails for guests in addition to providing excellent professional customer service. Loge Boxes consist of high-end investors, STMs, and regional companies within a shared Suite location. There are 7 Loge Boxes in total and shifts are rotated between staff members.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to important corporate clients and STMs.
- Full service hospitality liaison for the corporate client, running the Loge Box while being with constantly customer-facing.
- Ensure standard stock of beer, wine, and liquor is well-maintained and accounted for throughout the shift.
- Preparing individual Loge suite (stock with appropriate paper goods, setting up induction warming units, inventory of mini-bar fridge contents) and the bar (cut fruit, stock paper goods, canned beer, liquor and wine) prior to customer arrival.
- Reordering food items if needed by entering orders into Bypass Point of Sale system throughout each event.
- Take beverage orders from guests for all alcohol products and enter orders into Bypass system.
- Mix and serve alcohol according to company policy as well as North Carolina Alcohol Law Enforcement (ALE training required).
- Collect drink voucher or credit card payment from client for each alcohol drink.
- Prepare and present guest checks to loge client for payment. Must accurately account for credit card payments and nightly reconciliation.
- Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to inventory, credit card handling, restocking and cleaning loge suite area.
Qualifications - Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must have excellent communication, and customer service skills as well as exceptional attention to detail.
- Should be able to stand for long periods of time including walking up and down stairs and the ability to push carts and lift up to 35 pounds.
- Previous banquet, country club or high end restaurant experience is preferred.
- Must pass a background check
Starting pay is $7.50/hr plus tips
A flexible work schedule is required for the position including 75% monthly availability (must be available for any 5 days of a standard work week) for all booked events (hockey, basketball, concerts and family shows) scheduled on nights, weekends and holidays. You must be available to report for each shift 4 hours prior to the event time of each scheduled event (i.e. 3:00 p.m. report time required for a 7:00 p.m. event). Event times will vary.
