DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW:
The Boston Red Sox Marketing Department is focused on supporting ticket sales and organizational initiatives through digital advertising, email marketing, promotions, and social media channels for the organization. We showcase both on-field and off-the-field products including player marketing, online game coverage, broadcast support, and outbound ticket sales messaging, all to encourage fan growth.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be a vital member of the corporate marketing team, primarily responsible for managing the organization’s email marketing efforts to drive revenue, engage fans, and expand reach. This position will dedicate most of their time to overseeing and optimizing email campaigns, from creation through deployment, to support ticketing, promotions, and other marketing initiatives. This position will also provide support on other digital marketing tasks, including search, display, and social campaigns, as well as collaboration with the broader marketing, creative, and analytics teams.
