DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW: The FSM Operations & Administration department works across all business units and office locations, with a focus on integrating, optimizing, and managing internal processes within the day-to-day functions of the organization. The New York office is primarily focused on Partnership Sales, responsible for driving significant revenue to FSGโs owned and operated properties as well strategic partners across the portfolio.
POSITION OVERVIEW: This position will be responsible for the administrative support of the CRO & Head of Global Partnerships (GP), as well as overseeing the daily operations of the FSM New York office. This individual will also work closely with the Partnership Sales leadership team, who are charged with identifying new partnerships across the FSG portfolio of properties, with offices in Boston, New York, Pittsburgh, and Charlotte.
New York Cityโs Pay Transparency laws require disclosure of salary ranges in job advertisements and the base salary is commensurate with experience, ranging from $50K-70K.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the daily FSM NY office operations with support from the FSM Boston Manager, Operations & Administration, including but not limited to supply ordering, internal & external vendor communication, technical assistance via the FSG IT Team, and expense approvals.
- Serve as the liaison between external partners/prospects and the internal FSM Partnership Sales team for calendar coordination and meeting arrangements for the CRO & SVP, GP.
- Assist the CRO & SVP, GP with travel logistics, monthly expense reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain an intimate understanding of operations and priorities of the Partnership Sales team.
- Coordinate logistics of all internally & externally attended office events, meetings & gatherings.
- Build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
CHARACTERISTICS / QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience working in an administrative role, with a preference for a marketing, sales, entertainment, or sports agency setting.
- Dynamic personality with desire to promote and cultivate a strong team culture & environment.
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a group setting.
- Detail-oriented approach to work with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Impeccable time management and organizational aptitude.
- Exemplary interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Experience and comfortability interacting with senior stakeholders both internally & externally.
- Desire to integrate with a broad cross-section of functional internal teams.
- Hold a high level of maturity and confidence dealing with Senior Leadership at FSM & FSG properties, as well as external clients and prospects.
- Proficiency in full Microsoft 365 (including Office, Word, Excel, PPT, OneDrive and Teams).
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to travel as requested.
