Position Summary
This is a seasonal, part-time position, approximately 30 hours per week. The Ticket Operations Assistant position provides support and assistance in ticket resolution, order fulfillment, and ticket distribution for the Atlanta Falcons.
This is a seasonal, part-time role located at Mercedes Benz Stadium in downtown Atlanta. This role starts in March 2025 and ends in January 2026.
Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in the processing and establishment of PSLs (Personal Seat License), season tickets, groups, and single game ticket accounts
Provide game-day support in the area of ticket resolution and customer service at all gates
Assist in managing technology for game days and other events
Provide daily support to our sales and service departments in their efforts to support our season ticket holders
Assist in handling our internal shared inbox requests
Aid in other duties, functions, and tasks as assigned by full-time associates of the department.
Expectations
Ability to deliver excellent service to fans
Proficient with MS Word and Excel
Ticketmaster Archtics experience preferred
Microsoft CRM experience preferred
Ability to multi-task and resolve conflicts efficiently
Must be able to work Monday through Friday and all Falcons home games – may include nights or holidays
Punctuality
Knowledge of football preferred
Required Skills
Excellent oral communication skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to operate various computer applications including but not limited to Microsoft’s suite of products such as Word, Excel and Outlook, Ticketmaster, CRM, and customized in-house ticketing system and databases.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
