Position Summary:

The Premium Services Seasonal Assistant position will provide the opportunity to gain knowledge, experience and understanding involved in managing the premium seating experience in the NFL, MLS and other high-profile sports and entertainment events. This role focuses on delivering first-in-class service through relationship building, value added efforts and event day activities. The Manager, Premium Services is responsible for the work schedule and will evaluate the work progress.

This is a seasonal role that starts in February 2025 and ends in November 2025. This is an in-person role located at Mercedes Benz Stadium in downtown Atlanta.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain relationships with Premium Members by phone, email and in person during events.

  • Communicate with Premium Members and fans while ensuring the highest level of service is provided as it relates to renewals, benefits, retention, ticketing, finance, account management and game/event day activities.

  • Assist Premium Services Managers & Executives with daily operations. This will include: dark day suite use, suite inspections, and other event day service projects as assigned.

  • Answer the Premium Service phone line and assist customers with their questions and concerns.

  • Manage records within Archtics & CRM ticketing systems.

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve unusual/adverse situations using a quick response approach and make sound judgement decisions based on available information.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Expectations:

  • 30-hour work week, ability to work evenings, weekends & holidays

  • Punctuality

  • Maintain positive demeanor, team spirit and professionalism at all times.

  • Attend and contribute at meetings.

  • Manage inbound line for both season ticket members and MBS.

  • This is an in-person position expected to work at Mercedes-Benz Stadium

Required skills, abilities, and qualifications:

  • Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sport Management/Administration or related field

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • People oriented and customer service focused.

  • Computer Literate. (MS Word, Outlook, Excel).

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimum supervision.

  • Uphold a high level of organization and attention to detail.

  • Be flexible and adaptable to changes as they occur.
