Position Summary
The Fan Experience Analyst is an entry-level position designed to support the seamless execution of a world-class fan journey. Reporting directly to the Director of Fan Experience and working in close collaboration with the Senior Manager, this role bridges data-driven insights with on-the-ground event operations. The Analyst will assist in gathering and analyzing fan feedback, as well as executing on-site event strategies to ensure an exceptional Fan Experience. The position requires covering up to 90% of Major Events as part of the team’s commitment to excellence in event operations and execution.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Event Operations and Execution:
- Assist with on-site management of Fan Experience operations during events, helping execute objectives aligned in strategic goals and resolving real-time issues under the guidance of senior team members.
- Support coordination with event stakeholders, including Security, F&B, Parking, and Guest Services, to ensure operational efficiency.
- Participate in event-day setup and breakdown to ensure readiness and smooth operations.
- Observe and document operational challenges and successes to inform post-event reviews.
- Survey & Data Analysis:
- Assist in creating and maintaining processes for tracking and analyzing Fan Experience metrics.
- Collect and organize fan feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations summarizing insights and actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders.
- Actionable Solutions:
- Collaborate with senior team members to implement and measure initiatives aimed at addressing Fan Experience pain points.
- Contribute to research and development of innovative ideas to enhance the Fan Experience, including industry trends and best practices.
- Assist in coordinating operational adjustments based on feedback to improve and maintain consistency in key areas such as traffic flow, accessibility, and overall fan satisfaction.
- Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Work with various internal departments, including ticketing, housekeeping, and sales, to align operational efforts with overall Fan Experience goals.
- Serve as a resource to ensure fan feedback informs day-to-day operations and strategic decision-making.
Required Skills
- Ability to manage overlapping projects and effectively prioritize tasks to account for deadlines
- Develop and maintain extensive knowledge about the facility and its services in order to better understand the full fan journey
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Ability to work on-site and cover 90% of Major Events at Mercedes-Benz Stadium
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 1-2 years of experience in Business, Marketing, Event Coordination, Operations, or related fields, with a strong interest in fan engagement and event operations.
