50/50 Raffle Game Day Supervisor

Summary:
The Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation is looking for reliable, organized and tactical individuals to serve as 50/50 Raffle Game Day Supervisors for the 2025 baseball season.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Arrive before game day sales staff to set up raffle technology and prepare sales room.
  • Handle all cash management responsibilities including distribution of change banks, accurate recording of cash drops throughout the game, balancing individual sellerโ€™s cash deposits at the end of the sales period and preparing the full cash deposit for each game per program requirements.
  • Supervise game day sellers including section assignments and re-direction based on busy or less-busy areas of the ballpark.
  • Maintain a positive, energetic atmosphere for game day staff including a clean, safe and fun sales room.
  • Manage raffle-related customer service inquiries throughout the game, both in ballpark and via e-mail.
  • Accurately handle the closing of the raffle, drawing of the winning ticket number and communication of that information with all necessary individuals.
  • Communicate requirements and claim process to the raffle winner at the conclusion of each home game.

Qualifications/Education Required:

  • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent education
  • Prior experience handling cash and credit card sales
  • Ability to interact positively with a large fan base and a motivated, energetic sales team
  • Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills
  • Above average verbal communication skills

Other Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be willing to work Nights, Weekends and Holidays if necessary
  • Ability to work at least 50% of the regular season games at Chase Field (approximately 40 games between March 25 and September 25)
