The role:
As a Business Associate at Williams Racing, you will have the amazing opportunity to experience how an F1 team operates on a two-year rotational scheme, with a view to finding a permanent role in an area that best suits you (subject to business need) at the end of the scheme.
During your time on the scheme, we will work with you and the business to look at suitable rotational opportunities within the business management functions. This could include time in; factory operations, finance, planning & project management, and HR.
Role Requirements:

You will be graduating in the summer of 2024 or have graduated in the past year
You will have achieved (or on track to achieve) a great result in your degree subject and have a strong academic background.
We accept degrees from any discipline background for this role
Core Skills:
In addition to the above, candidates should have:

A logical and analytical approach to problems
The ability to collaborate and relationship build with a wide range of stakeholders internally and externally within the business

The application process will consist of submitting a CV, covering letter, and answering some questions on workday. You are able to include a cover letter the CV section of your application if workday, as an additional attachment. Your CV will go through an initial screening with our talent acquisition team. You will then be invited to complete an online psychometric testing where you will have 72 hours to complete. The results of these tests, in addition to your application will then go through a further screening by our talent acquisition team and hiring managers. Once selected you will be invited to an assessment centre.
Candidates that are shortlisted will be invited to attend an onsite assessment day. These assessment days are scheduled to take place early 2024.
All assessments in the recruitment process are in English: this is the primary language used within the organisation and you need a good level of written and spoken English in the role.
