Hours: 5 โ 8 hour shifts
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Perform dance routines on the dugouts, the concourse, and the field at baseball games, as well as at appearances.
Interact with fans through seat visits and walking around the stadium.
On-camera presentations with fans, special guests, Authenticโs items, and more.
Serve as an ambassador of the Texas Rangers brand spanning from our in-game promotions, entertainment to community outreach, and charity events.
Responsible for the activation of in-game elements, which includes taking prizes to specific seat locations and interacting with fans.
Perform t-shirt tosses on the dugouts, the field, and throughout stadium seating areas.
Assist in selecting contestants for in-game contests.
Performs other duties as assigned.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be 18 years of age or older as of the audition date, a resident of the Greater Dallas/Ft. Worth area and have reliable transportation.
Must be able to perform activities and interact with fans on camera in front of 40,000+ people.
Must also have stamina and fitness level capable of performing in conditions of summer heat for long periods of time.
Must also be flexible and able to handle adverse situations with a quick and professional response.
Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
Must be reliable, punctual, courteous, and demonstrate good moral character.
Must have outstanding communication skills and a positive, energetic personality.
Must be available to work at least 60 Rangers home games throughout the MLB Season, team meetings, and other special events as needed (Fan Fest) during the Six Shooter season (January-December) including weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must provide a current headshot and full body shot that will become the property of the Texas Rangers for identification purposes.
Previous experience as a cheerleader, pep squad, or drill team member, or some dance classes required.
Good listening skills and ability to work with brief instruction required.
Knowledge of the game of baseball is preferred.

Final Round of Auditions will take place inside Globe Life Field, home of the Texas Rangers! Note โ the Final Round is by invite only. Please enter Globe Life Field at the TXU North Energy North Plaza Entrance, located next to Texas Live! The final round of auditions will include an interactive interview process. Auditions will start promptly at 9:00 am. Late arrivals will not be admitted into the audition once they begin.
