Job Summary
This internship will assist the Ticket Sales and Services Department (Premium, Service & Retention, Group Sales, New Business, Sales and Service Development, and Ticket Operations) with various season and off-season office tasks, as well as game-day responsibilities. The intern will receive training in sales and our ticketing system to prepare them for sales conversations. The intern will be provided with the opportunity to gain experience in driving revenue and customer service. In addition, the intern will help to develop sales materials and reports for account executives. They will also assist with sales contests and incentives. The intern will assist the sales team at events hosted at the ballpark and off-site including Season Ticket Holder Events, Group Theme Nights, and other ticket-related elements.
