JOB DESCRIPTION
β’ Provide support for departmental programs and initiatives as assigned including Youth Football, Inspire Change, Crucial Catch, Sponsor Integration, etc.
β’ Implement gameday community relations initiatives throughout season at MetLife Stadium including the 50/50 Raffle.
β’ Attend and support community relations, youth football and team events.
β’ Learn and maintain the general donation database and fulfillment process. Training will be provided for system.
β’ Managing incoming and outgoing email, mail and phone communication to the community relations department.
β’ Coordinate inventory management, packing, shipping and ticket donation fulfillment.

β’ Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
β’ Attention to detail, proven ability to problem solve and act with a sense of urgency
β’ Strong work ethic, positive attitude, willingness to accept all assignments, quick learner
β’ Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays
β’ Strong written and verbal communication
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Word, Excel
β’ Must have own housing and transportation to and from Jets training facility, MetLife Stadium, special events
This position reports to the Vice President, Community Relations.

Position: 12-month (March β Feb) Internship, Community Relations and Youth Football
Hours: 40 plus gameday
