We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Performance Marketing Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in driving the success of our marketing initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing campaigns, helping us achieve our business goals and expand our reach. Show Us You Can

  • Ad Creation Assistance:
    1. Collaborate with the Strategy & Analytics and Marketing team to assist in the creation of creative and compelling ad concepts
    2. Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the overall effectiveness of advertising campaigns for Ticketing, Memberships, Isles Lab, CR/Youth
  • Creative Collaboration:
    1. Assist in the submission of creative requests to the creative team, ensuring clear communication of campaign objectives
    2. Participate in the review process, providing valuable feedback to refine and improve marketing materials
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    1. Utilize Google Analytics and Ads Manager to monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns
    2. Prepare comprehensive reports highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement
  • Customer List Management:
    1. Collaborate with the marketing and data teams to gather and organize customer lists for use in paid advertising campaigns and email segmentation
  • Go-to-Market Strategy Support:
    1. Support the team in go-to-market strategy planning and execution
    2. Assist in filling out campaign ideation plans and ensuring they align with overall marketing goals


Your Training & Talent

  • Bachelor's or Graduate degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 2+ years in digital marketing, advertising, or strategy experience
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Microsoft Excel, and other digital marketing tools are a plus
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized

Where You’ll Go

  • The New York Islanders have offices in Floral Park, NY, as well as Manhattan. You will be in the office 2-3 days per week
  • Attend home games and other events (events can fall on evenings, weekends, and/or holidays)
