Job Overview: The New York Giants are seeking a Ticket Operations Representative with a winning/positive attitude to assist the day to day functions of the Ticket Operations department.
Responsibilities/Functions:
The primary responsibilities of the Ticket Operations Representative include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Work with other Ticket Office staff to complete both private and resale partner seat license transfers
- Review all transfer documents
- Identify proper contract template and send via AdobeSign system
- Use online filing program to update and maintain customer records
- Achieve a greater than average understanding of and usage of Ticketmaster’s Archtics program
- Assist with game day ticket resolutions
- Communicate with season ticket members and other fans via phone and email
- Process payments for season ticket members
- Sell tickets at Ticket Office window in Stadium
- Assist with ticket fulfillment
- All other tasks assigned by management
Required Qualifications:
Education and Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook Email Management
- Ticketmaster Archtics experience a plus

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and relate with all types of people
- Excellent phone skills
- Critical thinking and the ability to solve problems
- Strong work ethic, willingness to accept all assignments, quick learner
- Aptitude for and patience in explaining mobile tickets to users of all skill levels
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention
- Must be punctual, reliable and have transportation to and from MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays. Expected to work all Giants home games.
