Job Title: Director of Ticket Sales

Job Reports To: Vice President, Ticket Sales & Service
Status: Exempt
The Director of Ticket Sales is responsible for leading the day-to-day success of the Season Ticket Sales Team, and directly reports to the Vice President of Ticket Sales & Service. The Director of Ticket Sales is responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive the maximization of ticket revenue and achieve a consistent sold-out atmosphere for the Nashville Predators in collaboration with the Guest Experience, Group Sales, Inside Sales, Business Strategy, and Marketing leads.
Additionally, the Director of Ticket Sales will lead, motivate, and hold accountable the sales team and team members to meet and exceed established sales and service goals and objectives, while functioning as a collaborative teammate with all other areas of the organization.
