Position:

The Game Presentation Associate is part of the Marketing & Communications department for Minnesota United FC (MNUFC), a sports business located in the Twins Cities area of Minnesota and a member of Major League Soccer (MLS), the top tier soccer league in North America.

Job Description:

The Game Presentation Associate will organizationally report the Experiential Marketing and Game Presentation Specialist and assist the Marketing & Communications team with planning and executing the stadium and fan experience at MNUFC home games and MNUFC2 home games. This hands-on position will allow you to merge a passion for game presentation and soccer, and promote your career growth in professional sports. This is a part-time seasonal position based in Golden Valley, MN.

Responsibilities:

Execute a consistent brand experience by knowing and embodying the MNUFC brand
Help manage a team of stage managers and brand ambassadors
Administrative work including inventory management, managing spreadsheets, and fulfilling various requests relating to first and second team home games
Assist with credentials, staffing assignments, book Color Guard and National Anthem for first team games
Lead and produce MNUFC2 home games. Coordinate with working staff, create the Run of Show, and book National Anthems
Act as an energetic, highly engaging extension of the MNUFC brand on game days

Requirements:

Team player with a positive attitude, self-confidence, professionalism, resourcefulness, integrity, motivation, and a very strong work ethic
Strong verbal and written skills
Must be organized, detail orientated and accountable
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and potential holidays, along with MNUFC and MNUFC 2 home games
Must be able to commit for the full 2025 calendar year
Ability to lift 40+ pounds

Nice to have:

Pursuing a degree or recent graduate with a degree in related field preferred
Previous experience in game presentation or event execution
Experience overseeing part time staff at events

Compensation:

Our compensation range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (non-exempt).
