The Ticket Sales & Services department focuses on driving revenue through Membership, Group and Suite sales by building relationships with current and prospective clients and fans.

Essential Functions:

The Member Benefits Coordinator will be responsible for running point on and executing the Marlins Membership portion of the Home Run Rewards loyalty program, as well as other digital platforms and member benefits when needed, to help drive future and repeat business from fans. This role will provide first-hand experience in how the sports industry collides with the rapidly moving world of customizable benefits platforms and will provide real-world experience to a candidate interested in being on the front lines of digital initiatives.

β€’ Responsible for creating and maintaining all Marlins Membership accounts in a customized, digital ecosystem

β€’ Supports the Marlins’ Fan Programs department in mass audits of the digital ecosystem to deploy creative and technical updates

β€’ Will create and maintain a comprehensive inventory management and shipping system for a catalog of rewards

β€’ Help fulfill experiences and once-in-a-lifetime events for Marlins Members

β€’ Digital point of contact for fan inquiries as it relates to benefits

β€’ Supervisor on duty for escalated Home Run Rewards inquiries during all Marlins home games

β€’ Responsible for the set-up and breakdown of gameday inventory associated with Member Benefits

Qualifications & Requirements:

β€’ Must be comfortable working back-end of digital platforms – including, but not limited to, inventory management systems

β€’ Must be knowledgeable with smartphone technology and usage

β€’ Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel

β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skills – fluent in English, Spanish is beneficial

β€’ Must exhibit a friendly, guest service-oriented attitude and professional experience at all times

β€’ Extremely organized, detail oriented, accountable, and self-sufficient

β€’ Must possess the ability to demonstrate creativity to identify new opportunity to promote the Marlins brand

β€’ Ability to work the Marlins 81 home games, including nights, weekends, and occasional holidays
