As part of a collaborative Internal Communications & Activations team, this role will be responsible for creating engaging and dynamic content that brings internal initiatives and activities to life for our staff. The Content Producer will support the promotion of key internal campaigns by producing a range of multimedia content, including videos, images, infographics, and other creative assets to ensure that communications effectively resonate with employees (and perspective employees) and align with the company’s goals and culture.

Your Impact

1. Collaborate with the internal communications team to produce creative content for internal campaigns and initiatives, including videos, images, and other multimedia.

2. Use creative tools to develop engaging content that communicates internal messages effectively to current and perspective staff.

3. Supplement existing communication efforts by creating content that enhances visibility and engagement with internal activities.

4. Work closely with other departments that manage external communications and content, ensuring alignment and sharing best practices.

5. Lead content projects from ideation to final execution, meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality outputs
6. Stay up to date with industry trends and tools to continuously enhance content production capabilities.

7.Support the internal communications team to ideate and contribute to creative discussions and align with messaging and tone with the organisation.

8. Monitor employee interaction with content (views, comments, shares) to refine and improve future communication efforts.

What we are looking for

Essential

  • Experience in content creation or a similar role (internships and placements considered)
  • Proficient in using content creation software and tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop)
  • Demonstrable experience in producing video, imagery, and digital assets that drive engagement
  • Ability to operate cameras (e.g. Sony FX6, FX3, Panasonic S1h, S5, DJI Osmo) and other filming equipment (e.g. Ronin, Mics, Grip), to capture high-quality video content aligned with internal brand and campaign messaging
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and be proactive in the face of ambiguity
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous creative content work
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Self-starter with the ability to use initiative and work autonomously
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Desirable

  • Experience with live streaming across Microsoft Teams.
  • Any other knowledge or ability across the Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. After Effects)
  • Language skills in Spanish, or any other language
  • Hosting/presenting skills to conduct informal interviews on camera
