ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working in close collaboration with the Director of Marketing, this individual will be responsible for formulating strategies that optimize paid media opportunities across various channels, including out-of-home, radio, digital and social media, print, and broadcast.
  • Develop and maintain exceptional relationships with vendors to ideate, construct, and implement paid media campaigns while understanding all available tactics.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date calendar of current and upcoming media placements.
  • Provide thorough monthly reports on campaign performance, offering data-driven insights.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance marketing performance by proposing innovative techniques and staying up to date with the latest advertising trends and best practices.
  • Ensure the strategic allocation of budgets across multiple platforms in collaboration with the Director of Marketing.
  • Collaborate with the internal Insights team to furnish vendors with pertinent audience demographics to ensure maximum effectiveness and relevant placement.
  • Coordinate with the internal Creative Services team to request and traffic collateral to the appropriate vendors.


QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, advertising, and/or brand management roles. Experience in paid media management is a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of current advertising trends and best practices. Experience in sports marketing is a plus.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand and communicate customer segmentation and market research.
  • Experience in budget management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-starter.
  • Ability to multi-task and work within tight deadlines.
