JOB SUMMARY:
This position will assist in all areas of ticket operations. This is a paid, full-time internship and entails 40+ hours during the work week (Monday–Friday). Intern will also be expected to work hours other than the work week for Lambeau Field events and Packers home games. The approximate timeframe for this position is 10–12 months starting in May 2025 through May 2026. The official start/end date is subject to change and will be dictated by the Packers.

Job Responsibilities:
- Intern will develop an understanding of Archtics ticketing system to assist with customer transactions and report generation, digital ticketing, ticketing strategy and policies and customer service.
- Provide superior customer service in all areas; answering phone (average of 40 calls per day), responding to mail and email messages, solving digital ticketing issues, and face to face interactions with season ticket holders.
- Assist with the management of season ticket waiting lists and ticket request fulfillment using Archtics.
- Assist with billing and collections for season ticket accounts.
- Maintain and update season ticket and waiting list accounts.
- Process all walk-up, internet and phone ticket exchanges and other transactions.
- Ensure exceptional servicing of accounts including addressing questions, complaints, and suggestions, asking for assistance as needed for more complex issues.
- Assist with special events and work other client events throughout the year (alumni dinners, draft parties, tailgate parties, training camp, etc.)
- Facilitate group ticket sales for Family Night event.
- Assist with the day-to-day function of the organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Ticketing Coordinator or Directors.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Undergraduate degree in related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must convey professionalism in appearance and all interactions with internal and external customers.
- Ability to listen to and address the needs of current and potential customers.
- Effective problem solving/trouble-shooting skills.
- Proficient and accurate data entry skills.
- Knowledge in Archtics operating system beneficial.
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office, emphasis on Word and Excel.
- Must be a team player and strive for excellence in all matters.
- Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as the Packers schedule dictates, as well as other client events throughout the year. Must be willing to work extended hours, as necessary.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, demonstrate excellent follow-through, and have self-starting ability.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time throughout the day.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to reach, stoop, and lift on a frequent basis.
- Ability to focus on projects for periods of time.
- Operates in a professional office environment.
- Role routinely uses standard office equipment.
