About the Position

The Golden State Warriors are looking for upbeat and proactive individuals to join the Game Experience team for the 2024-2025 season. This position provides an inside look at the production of a GSW home game. Game Experience staff are required to work a majority of all Warriors home games and select special events.

This is an excellent opportunity to share your expertise while learning more about this growing sports and entertainment organization that values your initiative and dedication!

This is a part-time position based in San Francisco, CA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, coordinate, and break down game day activities
  • Assist with Warriors pre-game show and execution of contests and promotions during time-outs and quarter breaks
  • Prepare all props, prizes, giveaways, and additional items used for game day activations
  • Work closely with group sales to organize prime-time entertainment, national anthem bookings, flag presentation, and halftime bookings
  • Partner with all Warriors talent including Dub Squad, Warriors Dance Team, Blue Crew, Jr. Jam Squad, Hardwood Classics, Bay Blue Notes, DJ’s, and In-arena Emcees to coordinate all game day entertainment
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Experience & Skills

  • High energy, outstanding work ethic, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
  • Interact positively with internal and external teams, fans, and clients with the ability to remain professional around high-profile individuals
  • 18 years of age or older by the first day of employment

Physical Demands

  • Able to remain standing for extended periods of time
  • Able to walk up and down multiple flights of arena stairs throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift and/or move 50 lbs
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate-LOUD

Time Commitment

  • Work the majority of home games October through April, with the possibility of post season games
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours according to the Warriors home schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Typical game nights: Expected to arrive at Chase Center approx. 3 hours before tip-off and stay approx. 30 minutes post game
