About the position

The Golden State Warriors are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our Box Office Operations team. In this role, you will assist in various day-to-day operations, including ticket order fulfillment and report auditing/reconciliation. This position reports to the Sr. Director, Ticket Operations.

This is a full-time position based onsite in San Francisco, CA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the processing/online distribution of premium and suite tickets, individual game requests, season, mini-plan, group tickets (as needed), Chase Center Membership and related orders, parking/club passes (as needed), and submitted reprint requests
  • Assist in generating various sales reports (e.g., individual tickets, season tickets, suites, concerts, usage, credit card charges, customer data reports, renewals, Dub Club Waitlist, Chase Center Membership, etc.)
  • Assist in major ticketing events, including season ticket holder upgrade events, open practice, Inside Warriors Ground, mini plan on-sale, single game on-sale, renewal launch, postseason plans, strips, presales, Santa Cruz Warriors games, California Classic games, college basketball, etc.
  • Assist with financial reconciliation (e.g., in-office transactions, cash received from Box Office Sellers and at Ticket Resolution windows, ticketing events; ensure all transactions balance for game nights, distribute and collect change banks to Box Office sellers
  • Set-up all Box Office windows pre-game
  • Contribute to Ticket Seller briefing
  • Coordinate and communicate nightly duties to Box Office staff and ensure supplies are distributed
  • Staff Ticket Resolution window during game - distribute all tickets via SMS, assist with Warriors app questions, resolve ticket issues and answer general questions and provide directions
  • Serve as back-up to Sr. Director of Ticket Operations

Required Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years of ticket operations or Box Office experience
  • Superior attention to detail and administrative skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with various ticketing systems (e.g., Archtics, Ticketmaster) preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, service and resolution skills
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with clients and peers at all levels within the organization
  • Ability to balance multiple projects at once in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to work all Warriors home games (preseason, regular season, postseason) and Chase Center concerts and events as needed

  • $24.00 - 25.00 per hour + Bonus
