We are excited to hire Training Camp Facilities/Operations Interns for the 2024 Training Camp! The Training Camp Facilities/Operations Interns are responsible for assisting in the operational preparation and execution of training camp. This internship is a fast paced and interactive experience that provides a glimpse into everything that goes on behind the scenes within the Operations Department during an NFL Training Camp.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist with all day-to-day training camp operations
- Assist the Operations Assistant with all dock and mail room duties
- Conduct player meal checks
- Assist with the management of player bus departures and arrivals
- Assist with facility opening and closing responsibilities
- Assist with events as needed
- Assist in communication between Broncos Operations staff and the team’s training camp hotel
- Work with the Senior Operations Manager and Facility Services Manager to execute the operational strategy associated with hosting up to 7,000 fans daily
- Assist with all set up and tear down for camp (signage, tents, parking, etc.)
- Assist with ADA parking and guest experience
- Provide exemplary customer service to drive guest satisfaction
- Conduct systematic pre-practice inspections to ensure set-up requirements are completed and a positive, first-class presentation of the facility will take place
- Help facilitate post-practice autograph sessions
- Assist with the management of various service providers
- Support the needs of the sponsorship/ marketing departments and their Training Camp activations
- Work closely with the Director of Team Logistics to ensure the guest experience for our VIPs consistently exceeds expectations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Working towards a bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience in an operational or support role

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, this position pays $18.29/hour. This position will work 40+ hours a week with overtime starting July 2024 and ending in August 2024. This position will be required to work game days and/or events outside of a normal working hours as needed.
This position will be located at the Denver Broncos Training Center in Englewood, CO.
