The Director of Content is a critical leadership position in the organization and plays a pivotal role in advancing the Cincinnati Bengals’ brand and culture. This individual will drive and execute the team’s content strategy with unique, trend-setting, 🔥content across all mediums and platforms that further establishes the Bengals and Who Dey Nation as one of the coolest brands, teams and fanbases. This person oversees the entire content team across four verticals: social media, game presentation, video production and graphic design. The ideal candidate has a work-hard, play-hard approach whose passion and creativity are infectious and inspirational to deliver the overall best results from the entire team day-in and day-out. The position requires 7+ years of post-graduate work with experience managing multiple direct reports.
