Position Overview:

Chicago Fire Football Club is seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to join our team! Inside Sales Representatives are a part of a 9-month program designed to help you develop essential skills in sales and relationship-building while contributing to the overall revenue goals of the club.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a positive attitude and desire to learn. Whether you’re new to sales or looking to expand your experience, we value dedication, curiosity and team-oriented approach, the Club is committed to building and growing sales careers in professional sports. The role will report into the Club’s Inside Sales Managers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive ticket sales and ticket sales revenue through execution of sales calls (up to 100 per day) and weekly meetings
  • Achieve or surpass sales targets by utilizing levels of “hustle metrics” (calls, talk time, referrals, appointments)
  • Generate new sales through season tickets and full-season equivalent (FSE) ticket packages
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance and develop innovative group sales programs
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM system to ensure efficient tracking and follow-up
  • Participate in sales, promotional, and team events to engage with new prospects and develop relationships during games and outside business hours
  • Provide best-in-class customer service for all prospects and clients
  • Maintain professionalism in all interactions daily by demonstrating excellent communication skills, responsiveness and openness to feedback
  • Other duties as assigned


Required Qualifications:

  • A motivated, results-oriented individual with a passion of exceeding goals
  • Must display a strong work ethic and desire to build a career in professional sports
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Desire to be a sports sales industry leader
  • Have friendly, professional and confident telephone manner
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours, in non-traditional settings, including all home games (or other work events) that fall on nights, weekends, and/or holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service or sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Conversational Spanish language fluency
