Branded Concepts F&B Manager

This position is to manage all communications, business processes, and logistical needs for each food and beverage branded concept location, for all events at PNC Arena in a professional manner with the highest standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest experience and ensure staff are adhering to the highest standards of service.
  • Oversee communications to food and beverage branded concept leads and other main points of contact.
  • Ensure needs for the locations meet contractual obligations.
  • Hire, train and maintain part time staff.
  • Works closely with staffing coordinator (volunteer groups and PNC staff) to ensure branded concept locations are staffed appropriately.
  • Effectively manage labor to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Ordering of all food and beverage supplies needed for scheduled events.
  • Oversee the upkeep of workspace and storage areas.
  • Create a pleasing atmosphere for clients and their guests; assist clients with event day needs.
  • Establish rapport with clients and guests.
  • Coordinate and work well with other departments to ensure guests have an exceptional experience
  • Keep accurate inventory of all products.
  • Generate all necessary administrative documentation needed for management and clients including client receipts and daily sales reports.
  • Stay up to date on new trends, methods, and items that can further improve serving clients.
  • Ability to think fast and problem solve

Experience:

  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the food and beverage environment and in a supervisory capacity strongly preferred, preferably in an arena environment.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Strong commitment to delivering a high level of customer and client service with demonstrated initiative, leadership, and management skills.
  • Guest service oriented with the ability to interact with all levels of management
  • Must be available to work irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Knowledge of accounting policy and procedures and POS Systems is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must pass criminal background check.
