The Role
We are looking for a Tour and Museum Coordinator to play a key role in the day-to-day supervision and coordination of the Emirates Stadium Tour and Arsenal Museum. Working closely with the Tour and Museum Team Leader, you will coordinate and coach our fantastic team of casual workers to ensure our visitors are offered an excellent experience every day.
You will be entrusted to provide operational and strategic guidance to the team and provide exceptional service that we can be proud of. Your role will empower you to make welcome recommendations which focus on and drive continuous improvement throughout the tour and museum operation at our club.

Your day-to-day
- Maintain a slick and seamless operation - you'll coordinate all day-to-day operations across the full range of our tours and experiences and ensure we're holding ourselves to the highest standards
- Lead by example - you will take pride in leading, developing and motivating our tour and museum team to deliver an informative and engaging experience to visitors
- Be commercially minded - you'll proactively seek out opportunities to deliver greater revenue and footfall to the tour and museum operation
- Champion our high standards - you will be vital in ensuring adherence to all compliance, regulatory and security requirements
- Coordinate the team - you'll directly manage the day-to-day deployment of our casual workers to drive maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with leadership - you will partner with the tour and museum leader to ensure the delivery of best-in-class experiences for all of our visitors
- Play a key role in driving organisational efficiency - you'll ensure the team are well organised and you'll always be on top of key areas such as rotas, payroll and holiday management
- Partner with our in store retail team - you will identify opportunities to motivate our visitors to continue their journey with us in store
