We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to help deliver a wide range of complex projects and programmes whilst also helping to stand up and develop the key business analysis processes that will underpin the new Project Management Office in the Commercial function.
The projects will primarily be focused on transforming how we connect and engage with our supporters locally and globally, through our digital platforms, membership proposition, the stadium or our retail and stadium tours.

Your day-to-day
- Work with stakeholders to identify and document project requirements. Conducting interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand user needs and pain points
- Analyse requirements to ensure that they are complete, accurate, and aligned with project goals and success measures
- Document the requirements and business logic in a clear and concise manner that can be easily understood by the development and engineering team
- Communicate the requirements and acceptance criteria to the development team and ensure that they have a clear understanding of what needs to be built
- Manage change requests to requirements as they arise and ensure that they are properly prioritised and communicated
- Consistently map processes in a clear and easy to follow way and identify areas for process improvement and optimisation
- Provide leadership and direction for project stakeholder groups by building and motivating team members to meet project goals
- Lead on the design and implementation of robust business analysis processes across the Commercial department
- Lead and manage a team, guiding and supporting your team while establishing a culture of high performance
- As part of the PMO Leadership Team, work with the Programme Lead and Senior Project Manager to successfully stand up and build the Commercial PMO department from scratch
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in a business analysis role
- The ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or other relevant software
- In-depth knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Proven experience in facilitating workshops, meetings, and requirement gathering sessions
- Experience with process modelling and visualization tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
- Professional certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) Desirable
- Agile or Scrum methodology experience
- A proactive, collegiate, and positive approach, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across all levels of the business
- Experience of building, leading and managing teams that work across a wide range of activities and disciplines whilst driving a culture of high performance
