Status: Part-Time (Seasonal)

Job Summary:

Are you a friendly, high-energy, hard-working individual looking to make a difference in your community? The Arizona Coyotes Foundation is seeking enthusiastic individuals to play a crucial role within the organization’s game day operations as 50/50 raffle ticket sellers. The 50/50 raffles take place during all Arizona Coyotes home games at Mullett Arena, where one lucky winner receives 50% of the jackpot and the remaining 50% is directed to the Arizona Coyotes Foundation to support ongoing charitable efforts.

This position requires an outgoing personality as sellers will be asked to approach fans attending the game on the concourse and suite levels. This is an excellent opportunity for those wishing to give back to their community while learning more about working for a professional sports organization.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate set up, clean up, and storage of 50/50 raffle equipment
  • Comfortably handle large numbers of credit card transactions and the sale and distribution of 50/50 raffle tickets throughout your work shift
  • Engage fans pre-game and in-game to spread awareness of the 50/50 raffle and the Arizona Coyotes Foundation’s charitable impact
  • Problem solve quickly and efficiently, while answering questions fans may have about the 50/50 raffle program
  • Use mobile handheld devices for the sale of 50/50 raffle tickets

Required Knowledge/Skills/Job Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • Ability to work well with others and accept direction from supervisors
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills and dependability
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand/walk for long periods of times (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions)
  • Ability to walk up and down multiple flights of arena stairs throughout shift

Time Commitment:

  • Work 90% of home games October through April
  • Hours: Shifts are scheduled for approximately 5 hours for each Arizona Coyotes home game
