We are actively looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for comprehensive data analysis, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement. The successful candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication, and presenting skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business improvement opportunities.
Develop, maintain, and analyze interactive dashboards/reports visualizing key performance indicators (KPIs) and relevant metrics.
Collaborate with various departments to understand data needs and provide customized reports to support decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity through the design and implementation of data validation processes.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and analytics.
Champion communicator and presenter, effectively conveying findings to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau.
Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets.
Familiarity with statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience working in Sports and Entertainment is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in a relevant field.
Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python.
Expertise with Microsoft Excel, Office, Word.
