Friday, January 10: 5:00pm - 7:45pm
Job Summary: Assists guests at entertainment events to find their seats, maintain order, and distribute information in a courteous, professional, expedient manner by performing the following duties.
Availability:
Part-Time // Weekdays, weeknights, and weekends based on the Golden 1 Center events calendar.
Compensation:
$19.00/hr
Key Responsibility Areas:
Know all Kings and Golden 1 Center policies and procedures, especially those regarding crowd control and tickets.
Assist guests with general directions to their seats.
Ensure guests are sitting in the correct seats and direct unauthorized guests to the appropriate area.
Maintain order by monitoring the crowd for potential disorder and intervene when necessary.
Keep aisles clear of guests and obstructions.
Assist guests with ticket problems when appropriate.
Report broken seats or hazards to supervisors.
Dispose of any debris in the seating area, aisles, concourse, etc.
Respond to all complaints from guests.
Help guests find restrooms, concession stands, smoking areas, the courtesy desk, security guards, and first aid.
Assist guests with special needs, such as wheelchairs or walkers.
Hand out materials to guests in seating areas or at doors as necessary.
Assist security personnel in clearing the arena at the end of the event.
Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their experience.
