We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Executive, Membership Experience to focus on focus on engaging, servicing, and renewing Phoenix Mercury season ticket members while providing first-class customer service. In addition to servicing accounts throughout the year, this person will also maintain a focus on upselling current clients, obtaining referrals and seeking out new business opportunities.

What You Will Do:

Make outbound calls, emails, and messages to current clients and potential prospects
Work gamedays and member and new sales events
Generating leads via prospecting, networking, or connecting with referrals
Scheduling and completing face-to-face appointments in-arena and across the Phoenix metro area

What We Need From Our Account Executive, Membership Experience:

1-2 years working in a sales and/or service role preferred
Must possess an optimistic team-first attitude and a competitive desire
Previous experience working with Microsoft Dynamics & Archtics is a plus

Proficient communication skills (written and oral)
Emotional intelligence
Experience with Microsoft product
Strong organization and time management skills

Experience/ Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Ability to transit throughout the arena for long periods of time.
This position works mainly indoors, removed from extreme weather; exposure to weather is <5%
S-Sedentary Work – Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.
Must be able to carry on a conversation both on the phone and in-person.
Ability to Read, Write & Speak in English
