The Event Services Department is seeking Part-Time Guest Services Representatives. Summary
The Part-Time Guest Services Representative provides key support to Columbus Blue Jackets games and concerts with front-of-house coverage. They are responsible for ensuring a fun, secure, and inviting environment at Nationwide Arena for Guests, Partners, and Employees by assisting with the ticket scanning of all Guests, enforcing the Fan Code of Conduct, granting access to the concert floor through ticketing checks, monitoring event activities, and verifying access to ticketed areas where assigned.

Education and/or Experience
