About the Role
The Chicago Bears are looking for Full-Time Seasonal staff (temporary, entry-level) to support our Equipment department during the 2025-2026 Season. This position requires working at least 40 hours per week from Mid-April 2025 until January 2026. The position’s primary location is in Lake Forest, Illinois and requires occasional travel.

Competitive Industry Pay
The Seasonal - Equipment is a full-time non-contract seasonal position. This position is an HOURLY role. The expected hourly rate for this is role is $16.25/per hour. Please note, due to job function, regular over-time (paid as time-and-a-half) is expected.
