Facility Operations Internship

The Washington Commanders are looking for a talented Facility Operations Intern to join the Operations department. This role will assist in supporting the team’s stadium facilities operation initiatives to achieve brand and business objectives. The position will also be responsible for supporting and learning about the day-to-day operations within the department.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the facility operations team with on-going projects

  • Researching assigned topics and preparing comprehensive briefing reports

  • Assist in gameday and event activation preparation and execution

Role Qualifications (Skills/Experience/Capabilities):

  • DOD Skillbridge Program eligible (beginning June 2023)

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and event-planning skills

  • Proven ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines

  • Highly organized, with attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly

  • Candidates should be prepared for on-site work at FedExField

  • Ability to commute to FedExField located in Landover, MD; Access to car is required
