Sales Lead, The Livery

Essential Functions:

The Sales Lead, at The Livery, is first and foremost responsible for providing superior customer service. Basic upkeep within the store, completing transactions, helping to meet visual standards, processing shipments, and assisting with inventory, and daily cash handling will also be expected from sales leads. Other duties will be assigned as needed.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provides superior customer service in accordance with organization standards.

  • Builds relationships while creating a memorable experience for all guests.

  • Strives to resolve customer service challenges in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Responsible for learning about the brands and individual products carried in the store to be a resource for our guests.

  • Helps to drive sales and reach goals with the direction of management.

  • Process and maintain stock by assisting in receiving, organizing, straightening, and replenishing equipment and apparel

  • Assists management to maintain store visuals and displays to tell a story and to allow for ease of shopping.

  • Accurately and efficiently complete all transactions and paperwork while adhering to company policies and procedures

  • Assist with miscellaneous building needs as dictated by the Director of Operations/Operations Manager

  • All other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisor.

  • Proven customer service skills.

  • Prior retail and/or sales experience is required.

  • Possess the highest integrity and ethical standards

  • Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing.

  • Strong judgment skills and strong problem resolution.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Must have sufficient availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays
