
Manager, Corporate Partnerships
Foley Entertainment Group (FEG) manages the NHL’s Vegas Golden Knights, the AHL’s Henderson Silver Knights, the IFL’s Vegas Knight Hawks, and the NBA G League Ignite. FEG also owns the practice facility for the Golden Knights named City National Arena, the practice facility for the Silver Knights named Lifeguard Arena, and a 5,567-seat arena named The Dollar Loan Center in Henderson NV.

Our partnerships team is responsible for driving revenue for the organization by selling and then executing/activating partnerships with a variety of local/regional/national companies. We are passionate about developing creative integrated marketing campaigns for brands, building strong long-term relationships with our clients, and achieving goals that ultimately benefit our partners, our fans and our organization.
Essential Functions:
The Manager, Corporate Partnership Activations will be part of the overall FEG corporate partnerships team, with a primary focus on sponsors of the Henderson Silver Knights/The Dollar Loan Center. The Manager will oversee activation and ensure contractual sponsorship elements are fulfilled and executed properly for all assigned partners. This person will also drive revenue by renewing/refreshing and opportunistically upselling their assigned partners. This position will be based at The Dollar Loan Center in Henderson, NV and co-report to the Senior Director of Corporate Partnerships for the Henderson Silver Knights & the Vice President of Global Partnership Activations for the Vegas Golden Knights/FEG.
Primary Responsibilities:
Oversee activation and ensure contractual sponsorship elements (gameday and non-gameday assets) are fulfilled/executed properly for assigned Henderson Silver Knights/The Dollar Loan Center partners.
Attend all HSK games, as well as other events as assigned at The Dollar Loan Center to develop client relationships and ensure that assets are fulfilled properly and are photographed.
Occasionally attend Vegas Golden Knights games if needed, to visit with your HSK clients – as assigned/on a case by case basis.
Work with Team Photographer on capturing photos for HSK/TDLC events as needed.
Attend non-gameday/community events on behalf of the Company as needed to manage partner activation/involvement in those events.
Serve as liaison with the Arena Operations Department at The Dollar Loan Center for all sponsorship-related topics.
Be knowledgeable and trained in the KORE software service.
Hold meetings with other department leaders to ensure contracted sponsor assets are executed on time and accordingly.
Serve as the point of contact for fulfilling the sponsorship department’s HSK comp ticket requests for clients – by working closely with the Ticket Operations team.
Attend contracted appearances, commercial shoots, etc. as needed at sponsor’s business, community service event and/or other specified locations.
Manage dashboard maps, media broadcast scripts, other arena signage schemes, etc.
Create mid-season and/or end-of-season recaps for all assigned partner accounts.
Take lead in developing and managing a strategic plan for all renewal accounts that are expiring.
Coordinate internal brainstorming meetings with other FEG colleagues to develop innovative assets and ideas for your assigned sponsors.
Bring new and compelling ideas to current partners whenever possible (IE - upsell opportunities)
Assist Senior Director of Partnerships and the HSK/TDLC sponsorship sales team with research/brainstorming/deck creation for major Founding Partnership pitches.
Plan, manage, and execute annual Silver Society partner trip for top HSK partners.
Develop and maintain excellent relationships and communication between the Partnerships department and other departments such as Community Relations, Ticketing, Game Entertainment, Legal, Communications & Content, Hockey Operations, etc.
Serve as a liaison between third party companies associated with TDLC to assist in making sure the partner/fan experience is positive i.e. Levy, Jani-King, Rank & Rally, etc.
Order and manage partner stewardship/gifting items.
Manage in-office and gameday HSK activation interns, if applicable
Other duties as assigned from time to time.
Key Competencies and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 2-years of professional experience in sports/entertainment with a team, collegiate sponsorship group, brand, or agency
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc)
Experience using graphic design software preferred (IE - Photoshop) but not mandatory
Strong desire/willingness to learn
Excellent interpersonal skills and a relentless work ethic
Highly organized, with an ability to handle a high volume of detail-oriented partner agreements and projects
Must have a flexible work schedule to work special event responsibilities throughout the year: weekends, nights and holidays as dictated by games/events
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace
Team player with a no-ego, ‘we’ not ‘me’ approach
High level of integrity, and ability to uphold the organization’s “Knights Code” (company rules of conduct)

Schedule Overview:
Candidate is expected to attend all HSK home games (Approximately 36-40 home games per season) as well as select other events as assigned.
Candidate will need to work nights, weekends and holidays as assigned.
