Senior Manager, Premium Clubs

The Senior Manager, Premium Clubs oversees and manages the food and beverage operation for five private clubs/restaurants. They are tasked with executing the highest standards of service and hospitality to create unforgettable experiences in Rogers Arena’s most premium spaces.

This role will focus on:

  • Delivering superior customer service, creating memorable dining and best in class fan experiences through effective hiring, managing, and training of part-time staff

  • Providing leadership, development, and motivation to the team to ensure guest experience is always paramount through consistent delivery of high quality food and beverage

  • Identifying root causes of gaps in guest satisfaction and assisting in the development of corrective and proactive action plans where appropriate

  • Overseeing all day to day and event activity to ensure proper planning and execution including but not limited to staff scheduling, room readiness, and product orders from the internal warehouse

  • Overseeing post-event administrative responsibilities such as cash reconciliations, gratuities disbursements, product orders, and staff hours submissions

  • Maximizing resources and inventories by managing cost, maintaining equipment, monitoring inventory and budget to ensure the best use of inventory and allocation of expenses

  • Developing sales budgets and the successful execution of these budgets

  • Ensuring that requirements for appropriate sanitation and food safety levels are met

  • Supporting other Hospitality departments on an as needed basis for other events such as internal events or significant catering functions (on or offsite)

YOU HAVE:

  • At least 5 years of experience leading fine dining food and beverage operations

  • Demonstrated strong on floor presence and hands-on approach

  • Polished professional appearance and manner

  • Strong commitment to a premium level of quality and service

  • Strong food, wine, and beverage knowledge

  • Proven inspiring leadership skills with ability to rally a team to achieve its highest potential and then taking it to the next level

  • Strong business acumen with a proven ability to provide insightful industry leading, best in class practices that support innovation

  • Skilled at developing and creating dining experiences that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty

  • Strong solutions-based problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze current business problems and implement recommended solutions

  • Superior communication and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to relate professionally to all levels of staff, management, clientele, suppliers, and partners

  • Ability to handle conflicting deadlines and prioritize

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
