The Role and What You’ll Do:

This role provides support to several high-level leaders in the company. The Errand Runner will attend to a variety of needs for the assigned leaders and their department(s), including errands, transportation to offsite meetings and events, and general administrative or clerical duties. This position will work non-standard hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Ensure general operations are running smoothly, including preparation of meeting rooms and documents, restocking beverages, maintaining office supplies, etc.)

  • Manages incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including handling or moving large or heavy items.

  • Runs errands and delivers mail/packages to offsite locations.

  • Works closely with the Executive Assistant to ensure necessary documents and files are prepared in advance of meetings.

  • Provides transportation to off-site meetings and events.

  • Is always on-call and able to attend to requests.

  • Maintains strict confidentiality at all times.

  • Manages multiple projects and priorities, ensuring that all requests are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Other projects, tasks, and duties as assigned.

You Have These:

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and an acceptable/clear driving record.

  • Previous experience supporting high-profile individuals or executives.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, superb listening and follow up abilities.

  • Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in-writing, with individuals at all levels of the organization and particularly with members of the highest-level of the organization.

  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt to ever-changing priorities.

  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidential information.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
