The Role and What You’ll Do:
This role provides support to several high-level leaders in the company. The Errand Runner will attend to a variety of needs for the assigned leaders and their department(s), including errands, transportation to offsite meetings and events, and general administrative or clerical duties. This position will work non-standard hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ensure general operations are running smoothly, including preparation of meeting rooms and documents, restocking beverages, maintaining office supplies, etc.)
Manages incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including handling or moving large or heavy items.
Runs errands and delivers mail/packages to offsite locations.
Works closely with the Executive Assistant to ensure necessary documents and files are prepared in advance of meetings.
Provides transportation to off-site meetings and events.
Is always on-call and able to attend to requests.
Maintains strict confidentiality at all times.
Manages multiple projects and priorities, ensuring that all requests are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Other projects, tasks, and duties as assigned.
You Have These:
High school diploma or GED.
A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and an acceptable/clear driving record.
Previous experience supporting high-profile individuals or executives.
Excellent interpersonal skills, superb listening and follow up abilities.
Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in-writing, with individuals at all levels of the organization and particularly with members of the highest-level of the organization.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt to ever-changing priorities.
Ability to maintain discretion and confidential information.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
