CRM Intern

The CRM Intern provides hands-on experience with marketing data analysis and data quality and assists the marketing intelligence team with generating actionable data-driven insights and business recommendations. This is achieved by conducting ad-hoc data analysis, delivering training on self-serve analytics and ensuring high data-quality standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Working with the marketing intelligence team and the main marketing stakeholders to gather business questions and deliver ad-hoc data analysis

  • Liaising with other marketing teams, to collect data in a timely manner and ensure consistency in recurring business reporting

  • Carrying out data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness, and identify, document and escalate data quality issues, until they are resolved

  • Providing support for the main marketing stakeholders along with training on how to use self-service analytics (including the new GA4 technology)

  • Coordinating the transition of existing Google-based dashboards to the new GA4 technology

Profile

Experience required:

  • less than 1 year experience in an international environment

Education:

  • Masters in a quantitative field such as economics, marketing, analytics, computer science, applied mathematics, statistics, etc.

  • Bachelor's in a quantitative field such as economics, marketing, analytics, computer science, applied mathematics, statistics, etc

Languages:

  • English / Proficient

Additional requirements:

  • MS Excel / Proficient

  • MS PowerPoint / Intermediate

  • MS Word / Intermediate

  • Project Management / Advanced

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics would be an asset
