The CRM Intern provides hands-on experience with marketing data analysis and data quality and assists the marketing intelligence team with generating actionable data-driven insights and business recommendations. This is achieved by conducting ad-hoc data analysis, delivering training on self-serve analytics and ensuring high data-quality standards.
Working with the marketing intelligence team and the main marketing stakeholders to gather business questions and deliver ad-hoc data analysis
Liaising with other marketing teams, to collect data in a timely manner and ensure consistency in recurring business reporting
Carrying out data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness, and identify, document and escalate data quality issues, until they are resolved
Providing support for the main marketing stakeholders along with training on how to use self-service analytics (including the new GA4 technology)
Coordinating the transition of existing Google-based dashboards to the new GA4 technology
less than 1 year experience in an international environment
Masters in a quantitative field such as economics, marketing, analytics, computer science, applied mathematics, statistics, etc.
Bachelor's in a quantitative field such as economics, marketing, analytics, computer science, applied mathematics, statistics, etc

Project Management / Advanced
Familiarity with Google Analytics would be an asset
